Over the past 25 years I have undertaken management, CEO and Director roles within organisations offering community, housing and homelessness services. These opportunities have enabled me to develop expertise in all aspects of establishing, sustaining and growing successful service delivery and mission driven organisations. In 2021, while still in my CEO role at Common Ground Queensland, I decided to pursue a change of direction in my career, one that would also allow me to remain involved in the community services sector. At that time, I commenced studying a Master of Counselling, and subsequently left my CEO role to commence working as a Counsellor, offering individual and group facilitated therapy. In addition, I have gained qualifications in providing Supervision for individuals and groups and undertaken training to deliver Solution Focussed interventions that are effective for achieving individual and organisational change and growth.
