- $550 for Q Shelter Members (up to 10 participants), $55 per additional person
- $850 for non Q Shelter Members (up to 10 participants), $85 per additional person.
Participants will delve into emotional, intellectual, physical, connection, environmental, spiritual, professional, and financial wellness, discovering how these areas interconnect to support overall wellbeing.
Through guided self-evaluation, participants will gain a clearer understanding of their current wellness levels and leave with actionable strategies to:

- Develop effective stress management techniques
- Build deeper self-awareness and an action plan

Learn how to embrace the Wellbeing Framework, enhance workplace culture, and develop a clear action plan for your organisation.
This workshop is ideal for organisations looking to strengthen their wellness values and foster a thriving work environment.
Session includes:
- Introduction to the Wellbeing Framework – Understand its benefits and long-term impact.
- Clarify Personal Wellness Values - Define the wellness values that resonate with you.
- Understanding and Embedding Organisational Wellness Values – Identify core wellness values and integrate them into your workplace culture.
- Reflect on Current Challenges - Assess what’s working, what’s not, and explore key barriers.
- Develop an Action Plan – Foster positive culture through tailored wellbeing strategies for your team.

- Duration: 2 hours
- $750 for Q Shelter Members (up to 10 participants)
- $1,250 non Q Shelter members (up to 10 participants)

Stress Management and Resilience
