Wellness at Work is a practical and supportive workshop designed for people working in our sector. It offers space to pause, reflect, and gain strategies that make a real difference to how we cope, connect, and thrive both on and off the job.
Grounded in the 8 Dimensions of Wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, connection, environmental, spiritual, professional, and financial, this session helps participants explore what wellbeing means for them right now.
Through guided self-evaluation, participants will leave the session with:
- A clearer picture of current wellness levels
- Strategies to support yourself and your team
- Tools to manage stress and feel calmer
- Sustainable stress management and self-care techniques
- A personalised action plan
- Duration: 2 hours

Session includes:

- Clarify Personal Wellness Values - Define the wellness values that resonate with you.
- Understanding and Embedding Organisational Wellness Values – Identify core wellness values and integrate them into your workplace culture.
- Reflect on Current Challenges - Assess what’s working, what’s not, and explore key barriers.
- Develop an Action Plan – Foster positive culture through tailored wellbeing strategies for your team.
